Could you be our next Independent Trustee?

Nature Picture Library (NPL) is a small, hybrid Employee Owned Trust (EOT) in central Bristol and we are looking for a new Independent Trustee to sit on our EOT board.

We license natural history images and footage to clients worldwide, currently representing over 700 of the world’s best photographers. Supporting conservation is central to our vision for the future.  The NPL Trust, which owns 74% of the company, plays an important role providing strategic advice, financial oversight and general support for the company.  The Trust also works to represent the employees’ interests. Our current Independent Trustee is soon to retire. Her replacement will help us to broaden our company and business skills to support the Trust Board. As we continue to grow and adapt to meet the changing and challenging needs of our industry, we are keen to hear from you if you have: Knowledge of EOTs Experience in financial and business management Understanding of technological and digital trends Ideally you will be based in the Bristol region and have an interest in, even passion for, the natural world, the environment and conservation.
